I'm an education professional who loves turning data into actionable insights for schools. As Evaluation Project Director at Black Hills Special Services Cooperative, I help school districts across multiple states interpret data and develop effective learning plans. With experience as an elementary principal and current role as an adjunct professor, I bring a well-rounded perspective to education.
