About me
Andrew Morozov, Ph.D. (SDP Cohort 9) is Associate in Education Research at the New York State Education Department. In this role Andrew provides data analytics that improve the quality of public education in the state with a focus on ESSA accountability and turnaround of the state's lowest performing schools.
