Nicole recently transitioned from the Delaware Office of Governor John Carney to the DE Dept of Technology to embed an oGov initiative in a state agency for sustained impact. She is leading the creation of an integrated data system that will securely host all state data. This will help evaluate the efficacy and efficiency of state programs. She also leads an education data project as a Harvard Strategic Data Fellow. She previously worked as a consultant to make state services more accessible, equitable, and trauma-informed. Prior to that, she conducted direct client service at the Washington Department of Commerce.
