Emily is a Senior Research Associate at MDRC, a nonprofit committed to using rigorous research methods to advance social policies that improve lives from cradle to career. With expertise in early childhood education and applied quantitative methods, Emily currently leads the Measures for Early Success Initiative aimed at developing and testing innovative tools to assess young children’s development. Passionate about bridging research and practice, Emily collaborates with educators, policymakers, and funders to translate findings into actionable insights. She also serves as an SDP faculty mentor!
