About me
Charlie helps lead DQC’s expansion into early childhood by building the organization’s expertise in early childhood data, systems, and policy and growing its presence in the field.
Prior to joining DQC, Charlie staffed and strategized for the Illinois Longitudinal Data System and other integrated data projects in Illinois, with a focus on early childhood. Most recently, he conducted implementation research for a math education nonprofit as part of the Strategic Data Project Fellowship through the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University. He is also a proud AmeriCorps VISTA alum.
Based in Chicago, Charlie holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and master’s degrees from the University of Virginia and the City University of New York.
