About me
I'm an applied researcher with a passion for bringing my technical expertise and collaborative nature to bear on improving educational programs and policies. With over 15 years of experience in quantitative and mixed methods approaches, measurement, and program evaluation, it's my privilege to partner with local and state education agencies as well as some fantastic philanthropic organizations, nonprofits and higher education institutions.
Prior to joining my current organization (Far Harbor), I worked at the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, providing strategic, statistical, and measurement support for the foundation’s K-12, U.S., global, and Scholarship teams. As a Strategic Data Project alum (cohort 1), I began my career in the Fort Worth Independent School District as Data Fellow after earning an MA in Program Evaluation and PhD in Educational Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin. Speaking of Austin, it's where I call home, but my family and I are always up for an adventure and love to travel whenever we can.
