About me
Ryan Estrellado is the Director of Data Programs at California’s Office of Cradle-to-Career Data. He leads the user centered design of data products that share actionable insights from the Cradle-to-Career Data System. This statewide data system will provide tools to help students reach their goals and deliver information on education and workforce outcomes.
Ryan is the author of the book The K–12 Educator’s Data Guidebook: Reimagining Practical Data Use in Schools and a co-author of Data Science in Education Using R.
Ryan has over twenty years of experience working in public school education. He is an alumnus of the Strategic Data Project, a program of the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University.
