About me
I’m Noah Devine, and I have the pleasure of serving as the Executive Director of the Missouri Charter Public School Association (MCPSA), a role I officially began on June 20, 2023. With a strong background in education advocacy, I’m passionate about ensuring student success and promoting quality educational opportunities.
Throughout my career, I’ve championed educational excellence and school choice, drawing on my experience as a special education teacher, college teaching assistant, and roles within state education agencies. Most recently, I served as the Deputy Director for the Kansas City Action Fund, where I focused on developing policy solutions to enhance educational outcomes.
I hold master’s degrees from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and the University of Missouri, along with a certificate in education finance from Georgetown University. Growing up in Columbia, Missouri, I benefited from public school choice, which fueled my commitment to providing all students with access to high-quality education. I currently live in Kansas City with my wife, Kate, and our two young children.
I’d love to chat about educational advocacy and the importance of quality educational opportunities for all students. Feel free to ask me about my experiences in various educational roles, including my work on policy solutions to enhance student outcomes. I'm also passionate about the impact of school choice and would enjoy discussing how personal experiences shape perspectives in education. Additionally, I’m always open to conversations about innovative strategies for supporting student success and fostering positive change in our education system.
