Hi, I’m Keith Farrugia, Senior Project Manager at the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO), where I assist the Community of Innovation (COI), a Gates Foundation-backed initiative supporting state education agencies as they modernize their data systems. I’ve managed cross-sector projects across education and government, from alternate assessments to large-scale infrastructure rollouts, always with a focus on smarter, more efficient operations.
