About me
Dr. Ogden is a postdoctoral research fellow studying postsecondary pathways and opportunities, with a focus on how stratification is produced and maintained across educational systems. They hold a Ph.D. in Education Leadership and Policy and bring seven years of experience as a transformational educator, along with three years of mixed-methods research across diverse educational contexts. Their work bridges practice, policy, and research at the school, academic, and state levels. Committed to educational equity, they engage in critical, race-conscious inquiry and create space for dialogue across perspectives through active listening, empathy, and a focus on meaningful outcomes. Her research agenda focuses on how the historical and racialized nature of organizational structures impacts leaders of Color.
