Strategic Data Project Convening 2025

Following the national trend, South Bend Community School Corporation has seen a steady enrollment decline over the years. This decline has been disruptive to students and families and put tremendous pressures on school and district operations. Using real examples, this session presents challenges faced by an urban school district due to enrollment decline, shares its efforts to combat the decline, and invites attendees to tackle the problem collectively through a critical examination of our efforts and assumptions.
